Add VST-Installing feature in Setup Dialog
Add live mp3 recording with LAME encoder
Remove file create error on recording if the same file is used in sampler. Now sampler file is automatically removed.
Remove MIDI-Bugs. Now all MIDI-Events are recognized.
Remove Drive-Empty-Error-Messages. If the user tries to load a file from an empty Drive (e.g. A:) there are no additional system messages any more.
